Villa 2

The villa was only built in May 2016 and provides a spacious, light and airy feel. The front door leads to your private staircase and up to the open plan dining and kitchen areas – this is where your welcome pack* will be waiting for you, right next to the folder we’ve compiled to help you make the most of your stay.

You’ll also find the lounge area complete with couches, Bose music player, TV and DVD player. You can kick back and relax whilst browsing the selection of movies on offer or, instead play any number of the board and card games we’ve provided. There are three large sliding doors leading to the large, elevated, [very] private deck area – perfect for a relaxing BBQ. It’s North facing and provides an amazing aspect!

Each of the two bedrooms is en-suite and has super comfy queen size beds, king Doona’s and plenty of fitted wardrobe space. For extra guests, there is a double-sized sofa bed in the lounge. Imagine lying in bed, sipping a freshly brewed coffee listening to the ocean and contemplating which beach to explore for the day. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms will complement the sea breezes in the summer and the gas heater and blankets will keep you cosy in winter!

The main bathroom has a long bath and a separate walk-in shower. The second bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. All linen and bath towels are provided to make life as easy as possible. We also provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and loo paper – we figured you’d rather not have to think about such things!

There is a fully equipped European laundry area that has a washing machine, washing powder, clothes horse and cleaning equipment. Whatever happens, however, whilst appreciated please don’t think about washing the linen or towels; that’s our job and, anyway we use a local commercial laundrette.

And finally, to complete the picture, there’s a Nespresso coffee machine [with a box of pods of course] and selection of T2 teas to choose from… as you can tell, the recurring theme is relaxation, rest and recuperation!!
